Terms of Service

Placeholder: this page outlines the sections your Terms of Service should cover. Have a qualified attorney draft or review the final version for your state and business structure before launch.

1. Services

Description of the Free Claim Snapshot, paid appraisal reports, negotiation coaching, and partner programs, and what each does and does not include.

2. Not legal advice

CrashTime provides independent vehicle appraisals and negotiation coaching. We do not act on any client's behalf in negotiating or settling insurance claims, we are not a public insurance adjuster, and we are not a law firm; nothing on this site or in our reports constitutes legal advice.

3. Payment, turnaround & guarantee

Report fees, the 48-hour turnaround commitment and its conditions, and the exact terms of the money-back guarantee (what qualifies, how to claim a refund, and timing).

4. Negotiation Coaching & Guarantee

Terms of the flat-fee negotiation coaching service, including that the client personally conducts all communication with the insurer, the settlement-improvement guarantee, and how additional value is calculated.

5. Client responsibilities

Accuracy of information provided; decisions about accepting or rejecting settlement offers remain solely the client's.

6. Limitation of liability & disputes

Liability limits, governing law, and dispute resolution process, as drafted by your attorney.
